This contract is for the provision of the full comprehensive maintenance and related procedures applicable to: the fire alarm equipment; emergency lighting; fire safety equipment; sprinkler systems and automatic opening ventilation installations and all associated equipment located within the identified premises.

This will be for a variety of properties managed by Radian Group, including sheltered accommodation, general needs accommodation and supported housing.
