Delivery of computer hardware and software for children from popegeer families, living in the municipality of Milicz, as part of the supplementary call" supported by the implementation of the Digital Commune project "PPGR Grants", financed on the basis of the Grant Agreement No. 2685/2022 under the Operational Programme Digital Poland for 2014-2020, Priority Axis V Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resilience to REACT-EU threats, action 5.1 Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resilience to threats related to the implementation of the grant project "Support for children from Pegeer families in digital development – PPGR Grants".

The COVID-19 pandemic has shown many problems, and one of them is remote learning in popegeer sites. It revealed a deficit of computer equipment or inconventions to access the Internet, which affected the performance of school duties by children. The project “PPGR Grants” aims to eliminate these restrictions.

The subject of the order includes

- purchase of laptops in the amount of 136 pieces (portable computers)

- transport to the place indicated by the Ordering Party and unloading at the cost and risk of the Contractor;

- technical support;

- warranty service

- installation of office packages and antivirus software on the hardware (in accordance with the conditions set out in Annex 1 to SWZ);

1. Computer equipment will be used for school learning, including m.in for office applications, educational applications, Internet access and e-mail.

2. A detailed description of the Ordering Party's needs, including the type and quantity of equipment, technical specification of the ordered equipment will be included in Appendix No. 1.

3. The developer may propose solutions equivalent to or exceeding the same performance, but it shall be their responsibility to prove equivalence. The Contracting Authority accepts equivalent tenders, m.in, provided that the minimum technical parameters are met. Where an equivalent solution is offered, a precise description shall be provided together with the trade name and the name of the manufacturer.

4.An equivalent tender is one which presents the subject of the contract with functional and qualitative characteristics equal to or similar to those outlined in the SWZ but marked with a different trade mark, patent or origin. It is important that the required properties and parameters of a given product (solution) must be demonstrated by the contractor to the Ordering Party, and therefore undisputedly proven by the contractor in the course of the proceedings before the Ordering Party, by all means available to the contractor.

5. If names or types are used anywhere, this shall be considered as illustrative solutions only.

6. The products listed in the Detailed Specification of the Order must be brand new, free from the burden of third party rights, technically efficient, unused (whereby the Ordering Party allows the devices to be unpacked and put into operation before their delivery only by the Contractor and only for the purpose of verifying the correctness of operation), have warranty cards, all accessories, wires, cables necessary for their use, materials for use and instruction manual in polish language and must have documents required by applicable law confirming the CE marking (declaration of conformity or CE certificate), have an ISO9001 certificate for equipment manufacturers. The equipment must be complete and ready for use without additional purchases. The entire assortment constituting the subject of the contract should be produced no earlier than 9 months before the announcement of the tender procedure.

7.The Contractor shall provide the software in the latest available version.

8. The Contractor shall provide the software in full and non-expiring versions.

9. The Contractor shall provide all necessary software licenses.

10. The Contractor undertakes to provide equipment with installed operating systems and office suites in accordance with individual license numbers.

11. The Contractor shall provide the opportunity to easily download the latest documentation in Polish or English, drivers and system software from the manufacturer's website.

12. The Ordering Party shall require the granting of:

a) a minimum of 24 months warranty on hardware excluding software,

The warranty period proposed by the Contractor in the offer form will be one of the criteria by which

The Contracting Authority will be guided in the selection of the most advantageous offer;

b) software warranty in accordance with the software manufacturer's warranty.

13. The cost of delivery and delivery should be included in the unit prices of the products supplied and should not constitute a separate item on the invoice/bill.

14. The Ordering Party does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings.

15. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the organisation of an on-site inspection for contractors.
