The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas for facilities located in the territory of Local Government Units: Brzostek Commune 39-230, Biecz Commune 38-340, Czarna Commune 39-215, Dębowiec Commune 38-220, Jasło Commune 38-200, Jodłowa Commune 39-225, Kołaczyce City Commune 38-216, Nowy Żmigród 38-230, Osiek Jasielski 38-223, Pilzno 39-220, Sękowa 38-307, Skołyszyn 38-242, Gmina Żyraków 39-204, City of Jasło 38-200, Municipality of Grybów 33-330, Jasielski County 38-200, Gorlice County 38-300 together with organizational units and cultural institutions

The volume of gas consumption is estimated at 74 233 259 kWh for the contracting authority and the above-mentioned units of local government units, of which an estimated 66 928 263 kWh will be covered by tariff protection under the Act of 26 January 2022 on special solutions for the protection of gas fuel consumers in connection with the situation on the gas market (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 202). Due to the nature of the procurement, it is not possible to determine the exact consumption of methane natural gas covered by the contract. For this reason, the Ordering Party presented a foreseeable amount of high-methane natural gas consumption. The Ordering Party anticipates that the actual amount of high-methane natural gas consumption may change, i.e. increase or decrease while maintaining the offered unit prices. Thus, the described forecast consumption of high-methane natural gas does not constitute an obligation for the Ordering Party to purchase high-methane natural gas in the given amount.
