(7 buildings are concerned by this P1 service). - p2 "operation and maintenance": operation and routine maintenance of all technical equipment, flat-rate provision of resources concerning the fight against the proliferation of legionella, follow-up of regulatory visits to technical installations, flat-rate supply of salt for water softeners and water treatment products, -P3 "total guarantee": flat-rate service of total guarantee of all the equipment concerned, Scheduled equipment renewal service with a distribution clause at the end of the contract.
