Framework agreement on earth transport and digging

The work to be performed includes transportation and civil engineering services for creating house connections, grid repairs, laying mains lines, and on-call service outside regular working hours.

The activities are to be carried out in the gas, water, electricity, district heating and telecommunications engineering divisions.

The services to be provided are:

- Creation of pits and ditches for laying supply lines in compliance with all technical rules and regulations (e.g. ZTV-STB, DIN 4124, RSA, DGUV regulations, etc.) as well as the requirements of the road construction load carrier of environmental authorities, etc.

- backfilling of trenches and excavation pits including stable compaction according to ztve STB

- production of paved surfaces with asphalt, concrete, slabs and paving

- laying and installation of cables in all divisions

- In case of malfunction operations during on-call service, the contractor must be at the site no later than 45 minutes after notification.

The area of application includes the coverage area of REWAG KG: in the city area of Regensburg, the Neutraubling urban area and surrounding municipalities.
