Description:
Factory delivery of new telescopic charger for ZUOK “Orli Pond”

1. The item of the order is the factory delivery of the new telescopic charger.

2. Description of the item of the order is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

3. The procedure shall be carried out in an unrestricted tender procedure following the procedure referred to in Article 139 of the Act of 11 September 2019 — Public Procurement Law (i.e., OJ 2021, item 1129, as amended) — hereinafter: Law Pzp.

4. Communication in the procurement procedure is carried out by means of electronic communication, via the purchasing platform at: https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/czystemiasto.

The object of the order is the factory delivery of a new telescopic charger to the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant “Orli Pond”, Orli Pond 2, 62-834 Ceków.
