The inter-municipal companies GLØR IKS, Horisont IKS, MGR, Sirkula IKS, SØIR IKS, and Mjøsanlegget AS would like to enter into a framework agreement for the reception and final treatment of residual waste. The waste must be used for energy utilisation. The residual waste is collected from households, recycling stations, holiday sanitation and businesses.
If reloading is required, the transport from the collection point/reloading facility to the final treatment facility must be included in the tender's solution model. The assignment is for the final treatment of approx. 35,950 tonnes household waste per annum, as well as approx. 14,500 tonnes of business waste.
The assignment will be split into 6 sub-contracts.
The Framework Agreement will be valid for 5 years, with an option for 2 + 2 years.
In addition there will be a voluntary option for the delivery of bottom ash to Sirkula IKS' landfill site at Heggvin.

Sub-contract 1 consists of household waste from the following sanitation companies: GLØR, Horisont, MGR, Sirkula and Søir. The annual tonnage is estimated to be 35,950 tonnes. The waste is collected from households, recycling stations and holiday sanitation. See the detailed figures in annex A Requirements Specifications Per Company.
Sub-contract 2 consists of receiving business waste from Sirkula IKS. The annual amount is estimated to 500 tonnes. The waste has not been ground. The recipient is required to deal with large objects, such as sofas, mattresses, etc.
Sub-contract 3 consists of business waste from Horisont. The annual amount is estimated to 3 000 tonnes. The waste mainly comes from small companies from all types of industries. Typical residual waste from the sorting plant is building/demolition waste/clearance waste, in addition to large objects such as furniture, etc. The waste is not ground.
Sub-contract 4 consists of receiving residual waste from Mjøsanlegget AS. The annual amount is estimated to approx. 3 000 tonnes. The waste is residual waste/rejects from biogas production and it contains a lot of plastic and fibre. The waste has a high degree of moisture. Not ground.
Sub-contract 5 consists of receiving business waste from GLØR IKS. The annual amount is estimated to 5 000 tonnes. Residual waste from the sorting plant for business waste, building/demolition waste/clearance waste. There will also be residual waste from recycling stations. Examples are furniture, mattresses, spring mattresses, roof boxes, groundsheets, long plastic pipes, etc. Large objects. Business waste that is delivered via containers will be roughly sorted and ground at GLØR.
Sub-contract 6 consists of receiving business waste from Midt-Gudbrandsdal Renovasjonsselskap. The annual amount is estimated to approx. 3 000 tonnes. The waste consists of sorted building and demolition waste. Ordinary residual waste from all types of industries.
All the waste is manually and mechanically sorted before delivery. The waste has not been ground.
