The purpose of the procurement is as follows: To conclude one (1) framework agreement with one (1) contractor for the provision of waste services so that the contracting authority can have its waste streams collected, disposed of and treated in an efficient and lawful manner.

The contracting authority has several offices, laboratories, pumping stations, workshops and treatment plants to carry out its activities. Various waste streams are released at these locations and waste services take place at all objects of the contracting authority. In this tender, the provision of waste services includes the collection, disposal and processing (transport to waste processing or final processing) of various waste streams.
