1. The subject of the contract is the supply of arthroscopic instruments and implants for the needs of the Department of Traumatic and Orthopedic Surgery of the Głogów District Hospital sp. z o.o.
2. The subject of the contract includes successive deliveries of arthroscopic tools and implants for the Department of Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery.
3. The assortment and quantities as well as the quality requirements in relation to the subject of the contract are specified in detail in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (assortment and quantity specification), and the conditions for the performance of the contract have been specified in the draft contract - Appendix No. 3
4. The subject of the contract is one task divided into 4 packages.
