To beautify the city centre of the city of Hasselt and its boroughs during the Christmas period, it is desirable to purchase Christmas trees of various sizes.
The municipalities affiliated with the Interlocal Association sharing platform MIDWEST-LIM can, without any purchase obligation, also purchase from this framework agreement.

Christmas trees B choice 3 mDuration:
The duration of this framework agreement shall be 48 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. The total order amount over the entire period across all plots is limited to EUR 600,000.00 excl. 6% VAT or 636,000.00 incl 6% VAT, whichever comes first.
The indicative maximum values per lot are as follows:
- Lot 1: EUR 40.000,00 excl.
- Lot 2: EUR 40.000,00 excl.
- Lot 3: EUR 50,000.00 excl.
- Lot 4: EUR 50.000,00 excl.
- Lot 5: EUR 420,000.00 excl.
Accountability:
The share of the city of Hasselt is by far the largest with in principle Christmas trees with fixed dimensions per plot for the entire duration of the agreement. These will also be used as a standard for the award criteria.
There is quite concrete interest in purchasing by Diepenbeek and Zonhoven. However, the dimensions differ partially from the standard plots. Also for the other municipalities of MIDWEST-LIM, which may join later, there is a real chance that these sizes, whether or not strongly, will differ from the standard plots. That is why a maximum amount is chosen across all plots. As far as possible, the deviating sizes will be classified with the plot where the size is closest / best.
The agreement can be terminated at any time by both the contracting authority and the contractor. The terminating party must comply with a notice period of 90 calendar days. This period shall begin on the Monday following the week in which the letter was served.

Municipalities MIDWEST-LIM: to be mutually agreed. The supplier must specify a maximum delivery time for each parcel (in calendar days).
