Drywall construction work for the new construction of a single-span gymnasium and new OGS rooms at the LVR Johann-Joseph-Gronewald-Schule, Gronewaldstraße 1, 50931 Cologne The two new buildings (gymnasium and new OGS building) will be built as a passive house in solid construction. The new single-span gymnasium will have a wooden roof structure above the hall area. A curtain façade made of terracotta panels defines the external design of the two new buildings. The new construction project comprises a gross floor area of approx. 2,630 m² (BRI approx. 12,440 m³).

The execution is carried out in phases. During the entire construction period, the school will continue to operate.

The subject of the services is the drywall construction work for the two new construction measures as well as the measures in the existing buildings. In addition, the measures to be carried out will include fire protection work in prefabricated building materials. The work will be carried out with a time delay.
