The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a contract for the transport of patients by road for the Nordland Hospital Trust. Transport of patients by road is a facilitated transport service when the patient needs this on a medical or transport basis. The tender contest is being held by Helse Nord RHF [the Northern Norway Regional Health Authority]. Contracts are entered between the individual health trusts and the successful tenderer. Resources from the Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust are assisting the Northern Norway Regional Health Authority with the procurement.
