The purpose of the present call for tenders and consequent contract is to carry out a detailed financial data reporting requirements (DRR) analysis on up to 15 reporting frameworks (among those listed in the tender specifications), to extend the methodology so as to include non-structured data and the business process dimension (product oriented approach), to propose and apply a change management approach, and to identify the way forward for the creation of a regulatory data dictionary for the financial sector according to the ISA2 core vocabulary methodology.

The data reporting requirements (DRR) analysis will:

1. map all data reporting requirements of the reporting frameworks in scope;

2. identify possible redundancies, inconsistencies, overlaps and gaps in the financial data reporting requirements in the reporting frameworks in scope;

3. define the data point models for the reporting frameworks in scope;

4. propose and apply a change management approach;

5. extend the indicative methodology so as to include unstructured data and the business process dimension;

6. identify how the output of the DRR analysis can be used to develop a regulatory data dictionary for the financial sector according to the ISA2 core vocabulary methodology.
