The subject of this call for tenders — allocation unit (VE) 4.22 — is planning and construction services for the execution of the special civil engineering services for the creation of the excavation pit for bunker renewal (bunker extension) and the district heating transfer station, as well as the establishment of the boiler plants with 2 combustion lines including further ancillary services as in the SOW.

The allocation unit VE 4.22 special civil engineering includes the following main components:

— create the burrows for the bunker renovation and the district heating transfer station,

— exploiting equipment during the construction of the excvators (during the entire construction period),

— introduction of groundwater preservation of excvators (during the entire construction period),

— manufacture a prelift of excavation pits and mounting platforms,

— manufacture of a working platform/work plane for drilling rigs,

— drawing up the execution planning for the creation of excubation protection,

— execution of excavation pit fuses (HDI, overlapping drilling pile wall; stiffening and securing of excavation pits),

— establishment of boiler plants (2 combustion lines), manufacture of full displacement piles,

— Demolition of residual foundations on heavy-duty construction and medium-voltage plant in the course of the excavation pit.
