The object of the order is to develop a dossier covering the analysis of hydrogeological phenomena occurring in workings located in the Regis shaft area at Levels I—IV, together with the concept of reconstruction of these workings and the protection and capture of the leaks recorded in them, known as further “documentation”.

3.2. The Contractor shall be obliged to:
1) to develop an analysis of water hazard, hydrogeological conditions and the condition of the workings in the analysed part of the mine, hereinafter referred to as “analysis”;
2) the development of the historical and conservation study of the analysed region in the area of hydrogeological phenomena present in the past, including the description and representation of the spatial distribution and possible activity of the ventricular cavities in history mine, in the historical and contemporary hydrographic network of Wieliczka city, for the area under analysis;
3. Development of the concept of mining works at Levels I to IV hereinafter referred to as the 'concept' aimed at improving the ridership situation, indicating in particular:
1) the desired places together with the method of preparing them and the capture of leaks in them,
2) the desired sites together with the method of preparation for additional tests specified in the analysis,
3) workings or zones requiring watertight liquidation or sealing together with the concept of carrying out these works,
4) workings new to be carried out or existing for reconstruction, making available the desired sites for the capture of leaks indicated in the analysis, the performance of the necessary tests or the execution of the decommissioning and sealing works,
5) additional workings new to be made or existing for reconstruction, necessary to ensure effective ventilation of the areas made available,
4) the execution of the estimated object of the robot and an indication of the estimated cost of mining works proposed in the concept.
