1. The object of the contract is a service consisting of the collection of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located within the Community of Raba Wyżna, and the development of such waste in a way that allows:

(a) the Community achieving adequate levels of preparation for the reuse and recycling of municipal waste,

(b) limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage,

2. The scope of the object of the order includes the collection and development of all types of municipal waste (and any quantity), from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located within the municipality of Raba Wyżna.

Receipt and development of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located in the municipality of Raba Wyżna during the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022.
