The subject of the contract is the DEVELOPMENT OF DOCUMENTATION FOR THE PN TASK. EXTENSION OF THE PROVINCIAL ROAD NO. 177 ON THE SECTION MIROSŁAWIEC- TUCZNO - CZŁOPA - BORDER OF THE VOIVODSHIP

1. Content of the documentation covered by the contract:

1) Construction projects with a decision on the permit for the implementation of the road investment;

2) Detailed design;

3) Investor's cost estimate, bill of quantities, SST;

4) Decision on environmental conditions together with a report on the impact of the project on the environment (if required);

5) Geotechnical documentation of the conditions of foundation of construction objects;

6) Materials and activities related to the acquisition of real estate (plots after division intended for the road lane of the provincial road);

7) Design of permanent traffic organization with approval;

8) Traffic organization project for the duration of construction with approval;

9) Stabilization of new boundaries in the field with the adoption by PODGiK of surveying works (plots after division intended for the road lane of the provincial road);

2. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Act.

3. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of award of similar contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law — Public Procurement Law.

1) The scope of services is set in the amount of up to PLN 250,000.00 net, with a scope consistent with the subject of the basic contract, consisting in the repetition of similar services.
