The contract includes the object planning services for buildings and interiors according to § 33 ff HOAI in connection with Annex 10, service phases 1-9 for the expansion of the Marktredwitz elementary school - fire protection and energy renovation
The city of Marktredwitz intends to renovate the existing elementary school in terms of fire protection and energy and to carry out an extension. After initial preliminary investigations, the following measures were considered to be urgently required: Fire protection upgrading:
- addition of fire compartments,
- Expansion of the combustible elements in the line and lounge areas,
- upgrading the fire barriers,
- Upgrading the BMA facility energetic renovation,
- replacement of facade elements,
- insulation of the attic and attic,
- energetic renovation of the outer facade,
- Refurbishment of the heating system (from 1984).
With a view to the planned extension, the government issued a school supervisory approval for a total area of 570 m
