DTU Chemistry is establishing an infrastructure for the storage and quality control of screening compounds as well as their use in the production of assay-ready plates. The department needs to acquire a range of new equipment to fulfil the needs of the infrastructure, including the 4 contracts described here. 1) An automated system for the secure storage of screening compounds under cold conditions. 2) A package for mass-guided purification of screening compounds and an analytical UPLC-MS/MS system for quality control of deposited compounds and hits from biological assays. 3) A MALDI-TOF system that facilitates routine analysis of compounds in the 500–50 000 Da range. 4) A system for acoustic dispensing of nanoliter amount of solutions of screening compounds in to 96- and 384-well plates. Together, the equipment described here will allow DTU Chemistry to service users with assay-ready plates for high-throughput biochemical and cellular screening.
Please note that questions will not be answered before after the 23rd of August.
The contract is divided into the following lots:
Lot no. 1: Fully Automated Cold Storage System for Screening Compounds
Lot no. 2: Equipment for Mass-Guided Chromatographic Purification and a UPLC-MS/MS System
Lot no. 3: MALDI-TOF System for Analysis of Small to Medium-sized Organic Molecules
Lot no. 4: Automated Acoustic Dispensing System for High-Throughput Compound Plating
The tenderer must describe in the letter of quotation which of the lot(s) the tenderer wished to make an offer on. If the tenderer makes an offer on different lots, an ESPD has to be fulfilled for the different lots, unless the references on previous deliveries for the different lots can be described in the same ESPD.
The tenderer has to fulfil Appendix 1 as well as 2 for the lot(s) they are making an offer on.
The requirements for each lot and the delimitation of the lot are described in Appendix 1 to the different contracts.
