A1.001.2023 Studies for the Expansion of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Rwanda

For the D2B21RW01 project, various activities, studies etc. need to be carried out in several phases. These are described in the Terms of Reference (ToR, Appendix 4), which is the basis for this Tender. The ToR provides detailed activities and deliverables to be carried out by a Contractor who is to be selected through an open competitive Tendering Procedure. The Assignment is managed and financed by the Contracting Authority through the Develop2Build (D2B) Program, in cooperation with the College of Medicine and Health Sciences (CMHS) and the Rwandan Ministry of Health (MoH).
