The Hospital requires the provision of lift maintenance services by one provider for lift maintenance services for 36 lift installations located; • St James Hospital campus James’s Street, Dublin 8, Bow Lane Dublin 8, • Orla Beggs House James’s Street Dublin 8, • Hollybrook Lodge Inchicore Dublin 8, • St James Hospital warehouse Fonthill Dublin 22 • Any other designated areas built or under ownership of St James’s Hospital during the course of the contract. The hospital requires a 3-year comprehensive contract as more whereby the Tenderer undertakes, for a specified all-inclusive consideration, to carry out all or any maintenance, repairs or renewals on all passenger lifts, goods passenger lifts, goods only lift and dumbwaiters. which may be or become necessary and provide an emergency 24-hour service.
