The object of the order is the execution in the design and build formula, including the execution of supporting documentation for the implementation project for the task Expansion of the Radom — Sadków Airport (EPRA) in terms of: the implementation of the BMS system for Airport Radom Sadków.

The Contracting Authority entrusts the Contractor and the Contractor undertakes to perform the investment task of the following design and build formula, including the execution of supporting documentation for the Executive project for the task of Expansion of the Radom — Sadków Airport (EPRA) in the scope of: implementation of the BMS system for the Airport Radom Sadków, on the basis of the implementing project provided by the Ordering Authority.

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) the implementation of complementary projects for the missing elements indicated in the implementation project necessary for the full management and monitoring of the Airport Radom Sadków facility;

2) the implementation of the BMS system for the Airport Radom Sadków, on the basis of the implementing project provided by the Contracting Authority and the complementary projects developed by the Contractor;

3) the development of post-construction documentation on the works carried out described as the subject of the contract;

4) training of Ordering personnel from the current operation and operation of the system;

5) transmitted copies of the software for all drivers from servers and workstations, transmitted passwords to all devices with limited access;

6) assist during rehearsals and receipts of the object.
