The construction project is the 2nd construction phase of the "General renovation of the community center Langwasser", which mainly involves indoor work. In the first phase of construction (2010-2013), a second structural rescue route from the upper storey construction and the outer shell (roofs, window doors, walls) of the main building (without outbuilding 3) were essentially refurbished. The community building (short GLW) consists of a predominantly one-storey main building, which only partial-basement and z. T. two-storey. Separately accessible are 3 outbuildings.

In the course of the "general refurbishment of the community center Langwasser", the outdoor facilities will also be renovated or repaired.

The services essentially include:

- Demolition of old concrete slabs (large formats),

- picking up and relocating of old pavement surfaces (natural stone paving), completion of borders,

- picking up and rebuilding large eaves,

- revitalization of lawns, some with large trees,

- erection of foundations for stairs and ramps (steel construction, these are advertised separately),

- demolition / new construction / repair of fences,

- Cleaning of coverings and walls.
