The subject of the contract is the supply of nitrogen fertilizer in the form of an aqueous solution of urea nitrate 32% N, including 8% in the form of NH3, 8% NH4, 16% NH2; quantity - 100 tons, delivery in the tanker; for the needs of the Institute of Zootechnics – National Research Institute of the Experimental Plant in Kołudza Wielka at 1 Parkowa Street, postal code 88-160 Janikowo.2. Requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the order: 1) the offered fertilizer must be of the highest quality and meet all applicable standards and have the required certificates; 2) the shelf life is a minimum of 12 months from the date of delivery; 4) the price should include the costs of transporting fertilizer to the Ordering Party's headquarters - Kołuda Wielka 1 Parkowa Street, and unloading, delivery from 7:00 to 14:00 from Monday to Friday, after prior notification. 5) the deadline for settling the complaint by the supplier - 7 days from the notification by the Ordering Party (electronically).
