The contract is for 5 years (with employer's option to extend year by year for up to a further 5 years, subject to annual performance reviews) to undertake annual servicing, certification, responsive call-outs to breakdowns (including out of hours) and provision/installation of replacement components for gas fired boilers and heating installations to social housing individual dwellings and schemes, owned or managed by the authority.
