This tender includes the collection and disposal of surplus sludge, such as organic fertiliser from wastewater treatment plants in Hedensted Spildevand, Samn Forsyning, Vejen Renseanlæg A/S, Vejle Spildevand and Herning Vand. The tender is divided into 5 independent sub-contracts:

• Subcontract 1: Disposal of sludge from Hedensted Spildevand A/S

• Subcontract 2 Sale of sludge from Samn Forsyning ApS (The agreements are concluded individually with Odder Spildevand A/S and Horsens Vand A/S respectively)

• Subcontract 3: Sale of sludge from Vejen Renseanlæg A/S

• Subcontract 4: Disposal of sludge from Vejle Spildevand A/S

• Subcontract 5: Sale of sludge from Herning Vand A/S.

Bids may be awarded for one, several or all sub-contracts. The subcontracts are independent.

The annual volume amounts to about 5,300 tons.

The annual volumes amount to approximately: 11,500 tons.

For Samn Forsyning (i.e. Odder Spildevand and Horsens Vand A/S), the following applies; the provider may terminate the contract in its entirety. Termination can be made with 6 months' notice, but no earlier than with termination of delivery as of 01-01-2024. The contractor is not entitled to compensation or compensation upon termination.

The annual volumes amount to approximately: 4, 100 tons.

The annual volume amounts to approximately 11,900 tons

The annual volume amounts to approximately: 5,000 tons.
