TK maintenance contract Unify OpenScape 4000

The client puts out Unify maintenance contracts in 3 lots with a basic term of 5 years and subsequent system deliveries. The advertised services are intended for a Unify OpenScape 4000 V.10 at the Klinkum Frankfurt Höchst and MTK clinics in Bad Soden, Eppstein, Kelkheim and Hofheim.

The announcement contains information that must be kept confidential. Before activating the tender documents, two agreements must be signed, which will be automatically sent to the registered email address to the participant.

TK maintenance contract Bad Soden

The TK system at the Bad Soden, Eppstein and Kelkheim locations and the Hofheim specialist clinic is a centralized TK system with separate enterprise gateways in the locations. The MTK Hofheim (hospital) is a single node. DECT is used at all locations. The alarm is sent via the DAKS server. Unify cockpits with a coax connection are installed in the patient entertainment area. The applications HiMed V11 and Xpression are hosted on the customer's own VM ware.

The expansion amounts to approx. 4,500 ports, whereby these are mainly designed as TDM system telephones.

With the commissioning of the new building at the Höchst site, the systems are to be networked and expanded by around 450 participants. The maintenance contract starts on January 1st, 2021.

Optional TK maintenance contract Klinikum Frankfurt Höchst GmbH

The new building at the Höchst site will also receive a Unify telecommunications system with Release V.10 and Himed V11 via the general contractor. The handover of the building is planned for the end of 2021. The optional maintenance contract can begin with the acceptance of the clinic at the earliest.

Only IP devices (approx. 1,300) are used at the Höchst site. As a wireless communication solution, Voice over W-LAN is used with WL3, among others.

Approx. 630 bedsidet terminls are available for the patient area. The alarm is also sent via the DAKS server. The following applications are operated: operator consoles, collaboration with CTI, audio and web conferencing, contact centers.

Optional system extension Unify Openscape 4000

Further construction phases are planned for the Höchst Clinic. In addition, the older cockpit bedside terminals are to be gradually replaced by IP-based bedside terminals in Bad Soden. Defective TDM end devices are to be replaced step by step with IP telephones.
