In case of reorganization

If reorganisation takes place within the contracting authority covered by the framework agreement, the activities covered by the framework agreement shall be entitled to call off from the agreement even after the reorganisation if the estimated purchase volume has been included in the procurement. This may apply, for example, if operations are converted into companies. The new organization will then be entitled to call-off on the framework agreement.

The procurement is carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (2016:1145) LOU as an Open Procedure. Contracting authorities shall not reimburse tenderers for the preparation of tenders.

The bids will be evaluated on the basis price. The tender meeting all the unconditional requirements and the lowest price submitted will be accepted.

Evaluation model: the tenderer who has offered the lowest price through the quoted margin against Stibor for 3 months, stated as a percentage with two (2) decimal places, will be awarded the procurement agreement.
