this contract concerns the supply and transmission of electricity to delivery points (PDL) connected to the public electricity distribution networks for the Chambers of Agriculture referenced below and members of the grouping of orders of the Chambers of Agriculture of the Grand Est (Gccage). A single contract is requested setting out the price of the supply on the one hand and the delivery on the other.This framework agreement is concluded without a minimum or minimum quantity and with a maximum quantity for the entire duration of the framework agreement.
