State capital Schwerin - planning services for the extension to the 3-field hall ("Palmberg-Arena") on the Lambrechtsgrund according to HOAI Part 3 property planning, section 1 buildings and interiors, service phases 6-9.

The state capital of Schwerin intends, in cooperation with Lambrechtsgrund Betriebsgesellschaft mbH, to add an extension to the existing 3-field hall ("Palmberg-Arena").

The extension is to be built over the entire north gable of the hall with 3 floors.

The building has a length of approx. 48 m, a width of approx. 7 m and a height of approx. 11 m.

The planning of the service phases 1-5 was carried out by the JägerJäger Planungsgesellschaft mbH. The planning documents are attached to the tender documents.
