In addition to its head office located in Lisses (91), SIREDOM owns and manages a network of 27 waste disposal facilities (also called ecocentres), 25 of which are spread throughout the Essonnian territory and 2 are located in Seine et Marne. The syndicate also owns land in Etampes, which could accommodate a new transfer dock.

The framework agreement is at mixed price without minimum with a maximum on the part at unit prices set as follows: a maximum of 127,000 euros excluding VAT for the first firm period (from the notification to 30 June 2024). From 1 July 2024, this framework agreement will be without minimum but with an annual maximum of 80,000 euros excluding TAX in application of Article R2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code
