The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply and delivery of food products for the preparation of meals by the Cuisine Centrale for schools, leisure centres and other recipients (delivery of meals at home, restaurant for the 3rd age, parties and ceremonies ...) and by the Central Kitchen of the Crèches for the crèches and Multi-Accueil of the city.

The procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. Each lot will be the subject of a separate contract in the form of a framework agreement with a minimum and a maximum awarded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders as and when needed.
Dairy and poultry productsThe purpose of lot 1 is the supply and delivery of dairy and poultry products. This lot will be the subject of a separate contract in the form of a framework agreement with a minimum and a maximum awarded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders as and when needed.
Lot 1: Dairy and poultry products will be awarded to a single economic operator.
For lot 1: dairy and poultry products, the minimum and maximum order amounts for the initial market period are defined as follows:
Minimum (excl. tax): 40,000 euros and maximum (excl. tax): 140,000 euros. The amounts will be the same for the renewal period. The Framework Agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from 13 March 2023, subject to notification.
The framework agreement may be tacitly renewed until its termination. The number of renewal periods is set at 1. The duration of the renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 2 years.
The renewal is tacit: it is considered accepted if no written decision to the contrary is taken by the contracting authority at least 4 months before the end of the period of validity of the framework agreement. The holder may not refuse the renewal
groceries and non-alcoholic beveragesThe purpose of lot no. 2 is the supply and delivery of groceries and non-alcoholic beverages. This lot will be the subject of a separate contract in the form of a framework agreement with a minimum and a maximum awarded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders as and when needed. Lot Nº2: Grocery products and non-alcoholic beverages will be multi-awarded. It will be awarded to two holders subject to a sufficient number of tenders. Purchase orders will be issued to the holders according to the terms specified in the Special Administrative Clauses Book. For lot 2: grocery products and non-alcoholic beverages, the minimum and maximum order amounts for the initial contract period are defined as follows: minimum (excl. tax): 40,000 euros and maximum (excl. tax): 140,000 euros.
