Conclusion of discount contracts in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for pharmaceuticals in the generic market

The subject of the tender is the conclusion of discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for the period 1.6.2021 to 31.5.2023 (AOK XXIV). The announcement is based on the active ingredient for about 120 skilled workers. Each active ingredient basically represents its own specialist lot, unless special features are named separately. For each specialist lot, eight partial lots (territorial lots) are formed according to the more detailed provision in the tender documents. The bidders decide for themselves which specialist and which arealess they want to submit discount offers. Offers can only be submitted for one, for several or for all specialist and non-specialist areas. The award is made for each specialist and area lot. For each specialist and territorial combination, depending on the specialist, in accordance with the more detailed provision in the tender documents, discount contracts are concluded with one or - provided there are sufficient offers available - with up to three pharmaceutical companies.
