The object of the order is the delivery and installation of solar collectors and photovoltaic installations in the area of Łuków Municipality, which is carried out in the framework of the project “Clean energy in the municipality of Łuków V”.

1. The object of the order is the delivery and installation of solar collectors and photovoltaic installations in the area of the municipality of Łuków, which is carried out in the framework of the project “Clean energy in the municipality of Łuków V”.

2. The scope of the object of the order shall include in particular

2.1. for the installation of solar collectors:

1) supply and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Ordering Authority of 389 sets of solar collector installations, together with a structure adapted to the place of assembly;

2) plant the warmers c.w.u.;

3) necessary disassembly work — disassembly of the heater, disassembly of parts of the installation to the extent necessary;

4) connection of the c.w.u. heater to the existing installation c.w.u., circulation c.w.u. (if any), c.o. and z.w.;

5) the installation combining the collectors with the c.w.u. heater;

6) installation of fittings, pumping assembly, diaphragmatic vessels and other elements according to the technological scheme;

7) installation of the control system;

8) the performance of rinsing and pressure tests of the installation;

9) filling of the installation;

10) commissioning of the installation;

11) training users;

12) drawing up the instructions for use and communicating it to users;

13) supplement the cavities of walls, ceilings, sealing the roofing material after the passages of the wires;

14) manufacture of c.o. and cold and hot water pipes necessary for connection to the designed solar system;

2.2. for photovoltaic installations:

1) supply and assembly based on the technical documentation provided by the Contracting Authority, 2 sets of photovoltaic installations, together with a structure adapted to the assembly site;

2) installation of inverters and other equipment;

3) installation of complete wiring;

4) installation of surge protections;

5) bringing the AC wires to the site of the existing building fuse board and adapting it to connect the new circuit;

6) drawing up post-built documentation;

7. All other work necessary to recognise the task as complete;

8) perform tests and control measurements;

9) take four pictures one for the panels, the other for the third inverter for the fourth wiring for the obtained value of the protective grounding in such a way as to see the reading from the meter and the place of the control clamp;

10) manufacture in 2 ex. post-construction documentation in paper and ex. electronic version ripped on a portable device, for post-construction documentation, including a copy of submissions to PGE;

11) transfer to service;

2.3. the implementation and implementation of a web portal for the promotion of RES and clean energy products and the provision of online services.

3. The detailed scope of the work (description of the subject of the contract) is contained in Annex No 1 to the SWZ — the technical documentation consisting of:

1) Typical construction project of 2 collector solar installations;

2) typical construction project of photovoltaic installations with a power of 2.56 kWp on the roof of the building;

3) description of the web portal for the promotion of RES and clean energy products and the provision of online services.
