The purpose of this tender is to select and contract one Contractor for the supply and installation of the solar power systems for schools/school groups in the municipality of Ede and surroundings. The end result is an agreement with the selected Contractor.

The Contract concerns the delivery, assembly, turn-key delivery and unburdening of solar power systems for 23 schools in the municipality of Ede and the surrounding region.

As coordinator, the municipality of Ede facilitates the tender on behalf of 23 schools in the municipality of Ede and the surrounding region and is emphatically not a contracting party. The municipality of Ede is in no way liable and cannot be sued in court in the context of this tender procedure.
