This lot will be the subject of a single-awarding framework agreement divided into purchase orders without minimum and with a maximum annual amount of 200,000 euros (excluding tax). Incidentally, this framework agreement may also be executed in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts for specific needs that are not identified in the framework agreement but corresponding to the scope of the services of the lot, namely in particular the integration of new sites in progress. This framework agreement will take effect from the date of its notification for a period of one year, tacitly renewable three times, i.e. for a maximum period of four years.
