The contracting authority hereby invites you to submit a tender for the procurement of Replacement Radio Control System (RCS) of the Netherlands Coast Guard divided into two lots:

A. Replacement of the Coast Guard RCS, connecting to the (existing) transmit-receive stations and making way for expansion of the transceiver pool and sites. (negomtrix reference number 180513);

B. Conversion of the E1 lines to E1-over-IP. (negomtrix reference number 180811 )

Please be aware that the lots are placed in two separate Tenders within Negometrix.

The tendering procedure will be conducted in accordance with the open procedure under the Netherlands Public Procurement Act 2012 (AW2012).

The procedure will be conducted fully electronically via the Negometrix online tendering platform.

The contracting authority intends to conclude a contract for the project:

• Contract 2 involves the delivery and availability of a functional and redundant E1 transmission lines to/from radio sites (over IP).

The delivery of the ‘E1-over-IP’ lines entails:

— the delivery of functional and redundant E1 transmission lines to/from radio sites (over IP) in compliance with all the requirements;

— the delivery of documentation;

— the delivery of initial spare parts, components, specials tools and test equipment.

The delivery term of contract 2 must be before 1 March 2022. The entire conversion will be tested with Site Acceptance Test (SAT).

The future supplier is responsible for availability on the E1 transmission lines to/from radio sites (over IP) a minimum term of one (1) years by the contracting authority, with the option to extend the contract four times for a period of three (3) months, at the discretion of the contracting authority.
