This works contract concerns the development of sector 1 of the ZAC des Belles Vues, in the municipalities of Arpajon and Ollainville (91). The division of work is as follows:

- lot 1: VRD;

- lot 2: public lighting and SLT;

- lot 3: green spaces;

- lot 4: landscaping of the park.

Earthworks, leveling, trenches, sanitation, coating.

Installation and connection of public lighting, traffic lights.

Development of green spaces in public spaces (excluding parks), planting of trees, perennials, planted strips.

Earthmoving of the area, leveling, soil preparation, planting, covering of paths, lighting.
