The subject of the Order is:
a. provision of physical protection and surveillance services, CCTV monitoring in the building and rooms used by the Małopolska Voivodship Office in Krakow (hereinafter MUW) and the Regional Court in Krakow (hereinafter SO) and in the area adjacent to them (green areas, paved areas, parking lots),
b. provision of internal cleaning services in the premises of the Małopolska Voivodship Office in Krakow,
c. provision of external cleaning services (including maintenance of green areas) in the Małopolska Voivodship Office in Krakow and the Regional Court in Krakow.
The services have been divided in the following areas:
a. protection
b. cleaning services
1. The subject of the order is:
a. provision of physical protection and surveillance services, CCTV monitoring in the building and premises used by the Małopolska Voivodship Office in Krakow (hereinafter MUW) and the Regional Court in Krakow (hereinafter SO) and in the area of
adjacent to them (green areas, paved areas, parking lots),
b. provision of internal cleaning services in the premises of the Małopolska Voivodship Office in Krakow,
c. provision of external cleaning services (including maintenance of green areas) in the Małopolska Voivodship Office in Krakow and the Regional Court in Krakow.
The services have been divided in the following areas:
a. protection:
- performing the service of physical protection (supervision) of property and persons staying in the facilities,
- round-the-clock supervision of the adjacent area (green areas, paved areas, parking lots),
- round-the-clock provision of concierge services,
- supervising facilities via CCTV video monitoring and protection of employees, tenants and customers along with intervention,
b. cleaning services:
- material scope of internal and external cleaning of buildings and green areas, including the performance of economic works – basic (obligatory) scope,
- material scope of optional (additional) works, including on behalf of electrical and hydraulic services – additional (non-obligatory) scope.
The building located at 6 Przy Rondzie Street is the seat of both the Department of Foreigners' Affairs of the MUW and the District Court in Krakow. The building has nine floors + basement and attic. The District Court owns floors from III to VII, while the MUW owns the ground floor and floors I, II, VIII and IX. The common concierge is located in front of the main entrance. The concierge is shared with the protection of the District Court and, under the current agreement between the MUW and the District Court, until 30 December 2022 at 16:00, the services are jointly responsible for the protection of the building. As of 30 December 2022, from 4:00 p.m., the part belonging to the District Court is also protected and supervised. One main entrance leads to the building and another serving as an escape route (closed to visitors).
2. The description of the subject of the contract / a detailed list of activities included in the scope of services for protection and supervision is the same for SO and MUW (if there is no unambiguous reference to a specific Ordering Party), while in the field of basic and optional cleaning it applies only to the Małopolska Voivodeship Office. Internal cleaning is organized by the District Court on its own. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for the execution of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to swz – model contract with attachment – description of the subject of the contract "Detailed list of activities included in the scope of services together with a description of the building at Przy Rondzie 6 Street in Krakow" (OPZ).
3. Amount intended to finance the contract covered by this proceeding (part II) III order) amounts to: PLN 2,454,341.36 gross, including:
- value of the basic order: PLN 2,231,219.42
- value of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act: PLN 223,121.94
