The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) including works in the field of breeding and protection, forest, fire protection, logging and skidding, seeds, road maintenance, trails and timber depots, to be carried out in the area of the Miechów Forest District, in 2023.
Package No. 03.3.1- Harvesting- Forestry Package: Trąby 03-14-1-3The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of: logging and skidding of wood, to be performed in the Forest District Miechów, in 2023.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package No. 03.3.2 - fire protection and protection package - forestry: Trąby 03-14-1-3The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of: logging and skidding and fire protection, to be performed in the Miechów Forest District in 2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
