1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and comprehensive performance of the task

investment entitled "Reduction of pollutant emissions through the exchange of heat sources in the Sulmierzyce Commune".

The task is to design, implement, launch the installation and perform instructions with

operation of installations: wood gasification boilers, biomass boilers (pellets), 1-function boilers for liquefied gas

in single-family buildings, air heat pumps, 1-function boilers for liquefied gas in buildings

utilities, including:

1.1. 103 pcs. installation of heat generators in facilities belonging to private persons in the municipality of Sulmierzyce according to the list contained in the PFU, in particular:

a) 3 pcs. installation of boilers for wood gasification with a capacity of min. 14.5 kW with buffer tank with a capacity of min. 400 l.,

b) 2 pcs. installation of boilers for wood gasification with a capacity of min. 19.5 kW with buffer storage with a capacity of min. 600 l.,

c) 28 pcs. installation of biomass boilers (pellets) with a capacity of min. 14.5 kW with fuel tank with a capacity of min. 290 l., with replacement of 4 pcs. hot water tanks with a capacity of min. 120 l.,

d) 6 pcs. installation of biomass boilers (pellets) with a capacity of min. 19.5 kW with fuel tank with a capacity of min. 290 l.,

e) 12 pcs. installation of 1-function boilers for liquefied gas with a capacity of min. 14.5 kW, including replacement of 1 pc. hot water tank with a capacity of min. 120 l., where:

- 10 pcs. the installation will have an above-ground gas tank with a capacity of 2.7 m³,

- 2 pcs. the installation will have an underground gas tank with a capacity of 2.7 m³,

f) 4 pcs. installation of 1-function boilers for liquefied gas with a capacity of at least 19.5 kW, where:

- 3 pcs. the installation will have an above-ground gas tank with a capacity of 2.7 m³,

- 1 pc the installation will have an underground gas tank with a capacity of 2.7 m³,

g) 7 pcs. installation of air heat pumps with a capacity of min. 8.5 kW,

h) 25 pcs. installation of air heat pumps with a capacity of min. 11.5 kW with replacement of 1 pc. hot water tank with a capacity of min. 295 litres,

i) 16 sz. installation of air heat pumps with a capacity of min. 17.5 kW with replacement of 1 pc. hot water tank with a capacity of min. 295 litres,

1.2. 2 pcs. installation of heat sources together with the construction of new boiler buildings in public utility buildings in the municipality of Sulmierzyce according to the list contained in the PFU, in particular:

a) 1 pc. Installation, min. 2 1-function boilers for liquefied gas with a total capacity of all boilers min. 180 kW with underground liquefied gas tanks in the amount of min. 2 pcs. with a capacity of min. 6.4 m³ with foundation and fence, including the construction of a new boiler room building with a net area of the boiler room min. 16

m2 for the building in Bogumiłowice.

b) 1 pc. Installation, min. 2 1-function boilers for liquefied gas with a total capacity of all boilers min. 475 kW with underground liquefied gas tanks in the amount of min. 6 pcs. with a capacity of min. 6.4 m³ with foundation and fence, including the construction of a new boiler room building with a net area of the boiler room min. 25

m2 for a building in Sulmierzyce.

2. The Contractor is obliged to clearly and permanently mark all heat generator installations delivered and installed as part of the project by placing a promotional sticker on each of them in a visible place, in accordance with the guidelines for the promotion of the ROP WŁ for the years 2014-2020, described in

handbook of the Applicant and Beneficiary of Cohesion Policy Programmes 2014-2020.

3. Part of the plots on which the installation of gas boilers is planned, i.e.:

1) plots with the number ewid. 227/2, 227/1, 97, 232 precinct Bogumiłowice, no. ewid. 111 precinct Marcinów, no. ewid. 318, 317/1 precinct Chorzenice, no. ewid. 1270 precinct Sulmierzyce, no. ewid. 177 precinct of Piekary are located in the zone OW – archaeological observation,

2) plots with ewid. 620, 608 precinct Dworszowice Pakoszowe, are located in the OW zone - archaeological observation, conservation protection of historical spatial arrangements "B",

3) plot No. ewid. 632 precinct of Dworszowice Pakoszowe, located in the zone of OW- archaeological observation, conservation protection of historical spatial systems "B" In archaeological protection,

4) plot with ewid. 1431/1 precinct of Sulmierzyce, is partly in the zone of conservation protection of archaeological observation.

In connection with the above, the Contractor is obliged to obtain a permit to conduct archaeological research on its own and to act in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned permit.

4. Requirements of persons with disabilities. The customer requires that the requirements of people with disabilities and the availability of installation controls for them be taken into account when designing the assembly.

5. The detailed scope of works to be performed by the Contractor is described in the Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter also referred to as: "PFU"), which constitutes (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) an integral part of the SWZ available on the https://platformazakupowa.pl/transakcja/792203 website (including the response time to failure).
