The instrument (LC-QTOF or LC-Q-Orbitrap) shall be used for targeted and non-targeted screening and quantitative analysis of pesticides, mycotoxins, decomposition productions, environmental toxins and plant metabolites. The instrument shall also be used for metabolite profiling, metabolomic and matter profile fingerprinting. Normal matrixes are vegetables, corn, soil and water samples, as well as alges and micro organisms. The system must be able to study fragment spectrums («MS/MS»). The instrument must be controlled by software that is both user friendly, robus and has applications for identifying connections. A library (fragmentation data) is wanted for the actual substance groups and biostatistics software. Availability of databases (m/z and molecule structure) for the substance groups is necessary.
