KBI GmbH plans to convert the listed building of the former Puschkin high school on Rathenaustrasse in Hennigsdorf into a creative work - interdisciplinary start-up and commercial center.

Co: bios Innovation GmbH (CI) is planning to convert the Neuendorfer Strasse 18 building into a laboratory and office building for companies in the biotechnology industry.

In order to exploit synergies in the operation of the two properties in terms of operation, maintenance, tenant support and operating cost accounting, the same building control system is to be installed in both buildings. The operation of the technical systems of both objects is to be organized, monitored and billed via this GLT.

In general, the construction work in both projects is awarded in batches according to the construction trades involved.

The property has a partial basement, 3 full floors and a developed attic.

Lot 2: Conversion of the Neuendorfer Strasse 18 building to an office and laboratory building with fire protection upgrading

Building automation BMS level with the following scope per lot:

- New installation of a building management system per lot,

- Visualization of the technical systems available in the buildings,

- alarm handling,

- data handling with trend records and historization,

- Energy management interfaces,

- Consumption billing interfaces,

- digital operation and updates via maintenance contract,

- BACnet is the basis for communication between ISP level and BMS level.
