Work will focus on the complete rehabilitation of the Château de Chalandray and its Orangery, the creation of an extension to accommodate all musical, theatrical and dance activities. This work will take into account the heritage value of the intercommunal conservatory while ensuring its accessibility to all. All the technical, structural, thermal and acoustic constraints will be dealt with. The interior and exterior fittings will be taken again in order to facilitate their visibility and their simplicity.
