The purpose of this contract is the appointment of a statutory auditor and a deputy auditor for the local public energy meeting.

The mission of the auditor will be divided into two parts:

- a "Legal Mission" certification of accounts,

- a "Complementary Mission" also referred to as "Services other than the certification of accounts" (SACC) subject to purchase orders and corresponding to any other mission that may be requested by the SPL Energies Reunion within the limits of the competencies of the holder and in relation to the subject of the contract.
