1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of bread: rural bread, wheat bread, wholemeal bread in the period from 01.10.2023 to 30.09.2024, for: Penitentiary in Czarne, Pomorska 1, 77-330 Czarne, in the estimated quantity:
– country bread: 130 000 kg during the term of the contract;
– wheat bread: 17 000 kg, during the term of the contract;
– wholemeal bread: 7 000 kg, during the term of the contract
Plac Kościuszki 3, 77-400 Złotów - in the estimated amount:
– country bread: 16 352 kg, during the term of the contract;
– wheat bread: 584 kg, during the term of the contract;
– wholemeal bread: 234 kg; during the term of the contract;
Delivery of bread will take place:
Pomorska 1, 77-330 Czarne: deliveries will be made daily from Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 10:00, place of delivery: Penitentiary in Czarne, Pomorska 1, 77-330 Czarne- Food Warehouse
b) for the Złotów External Branch, Plac Kościuszki 3, 77-400 Złotów:

2. Description of the item of the order:
In the event of references to standards and technical assessments referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Act, equivalent solutions shall be allowed in the documentation of the proceedings. Whenever references to standards, approvals or specifications are made in the description of the subject of the contract, a phrase or equivalent shall be added after their wording.
a) rural beans: unit weight of one loaf 320 g, sliced and packaged bread, labelled, shelf life minimum 3 days from the date of delivery, product in accordance with PN 93/A- 74103 or equivalent. Structure and consistency: oblong loaf, skin smooth or slightly rough, shiny. Colour: brown to dark brown skin, crumb dry to the touch. Taste and smell characteristic of the type of bread. Disqualifying features: products with sticky crumb, undercooked, with a scallion, crumbling, contaminated, with the presence of lumps of flour or salt, symptoms of mold, spoilage, dampness, pollution, mechanical damage, deformation, crushing, presence of pests, lack of marking of the loaf are not allowed,
b) wheat bread: unit weight of one loaf 320 g, wheat flour content - 100%, sliced and packaged bread, labeled, shelf life minimum 3 days from the date of delivery, product in accordance with PN 92 / A- 74105 or equivalent. Structure and consistency: oblong loaf, skin smooth or slightly rough, shiny. Colour: brown to dark brown skin, crumb dry to the touch. Taste and smell characteristic of the type of bread. Disqualifying features: products with a sticky crumb, undercooked, with a scallion, crumbling, contaminated, with the presence of lumps of flour or salt, symptoms of mold, spoilage, dampness, pollution, mechanical damage, deformation, crushing, the presence of pests, lack of marking of the loaf are not allowed.
c) wholemeal bread: unit weight of one loaf piece 320 g, wholemeal flour content 100%, sliced and packaged bread, labeled, shelf life minimum 3 days from the date of delivery, product in accordance with PN A-74117 or equivalent. Structure and consistency: oblong loaf, skin smooth or slightly rough, shiny. Colour: brown to dark brown skin, crumb dry to the touch. Taste and smell characteristic of the type of bread. Disqualifying features: products with sticky crumb, undercooked, with a scallion, crumbling, contaminated, with the presence of lumps of flour or salt, symptoms of mold, spoilage, dampness, contamination, mechanical damage, deformation, crushing, presence of pests, lack of marking of the loaf are not allowed
The given quantities of the subject of the order are estimates and may decrease due to the population of the inmates in individual units. However, this reduction may not exceed 30% of the contract value. In view of the above, the Contractor shall not submit claims for unrealized deliveries or grounds for refusing to perform deliveries.
