The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the provincial road No. 163 in three sections:

-CD section – start at km 77+280, end at km 86+156.9

-EF section – start at km 87+481, end at km 92+190.85;

-GH section – start at km 93+744, end at km 96+056.55.

The total length of the sections to be reconstructed is approx. 15.9 km.

This task is co-financed from the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investments Program - Edition 2.

1. The scope of construction works shall include:

1) removal of trees and shrubs interfering with the investment,

2) demolition and preparatory works,

3) unification of the width of the roadway to 7.0 m,

4) regulation of roadsides,

5) execution of the roadway structure,

6) correction of curves taking into account the improvement of traffic flow and visibility,

7) construction of a roundabout at the junction of DW163 and DW 171,

8) construction of storm water drainage,

9) reconstruction of intersections, exits, road inclusions,

10) reconstruction of sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle routes,

11) reconstruction of existing bus and parking bays,

12) restoration of existing roadside ditches,

13) reconstruction, construction of culverts under the exits and under the road,

14) reconstruction and extension of existing lighting,

15) introduction of new road vertical and horizontal markings along with the installation of road safety elements,

16) installation of temporary and permanent protective and guiding fences for amphibians.

2. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in the Project Documentation, Chapter C of the SWZ and the Priced Bills of Quantities.

3. Pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor (s) on the basis of the employment relationship of all persons carrying out the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of the execution

1) preparatory works, earthwork, execution of pavement structures, finishing works, installation of traffic safety equipment, performance of vertical and horizontal marking;

2) sanitary, bridge and energy works.

4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding similar contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) point 7 of the Act — Public Procurement Law.

1) The scope of works shall be set at up to PLN 12,433,423.00 net, with a scope consistent with the subject of the basic contract, consisting in the repetition of similar construction works.
