AWIGO GmbH ("AWIGO") is an investment indirectly held exclusively by the district of Osnabrück, which ensures the fulfilment of public waste disposal obligations as well as other

disposal services and all related services. For the approximately 360,000 inhabitants in 34 cities, municipalities and joint municipalities, it is responsible for the organisation of public waste disposal. These are a wide variety of waste streams, in particular residual waste, paper, organic and lightweight packaging waste. For this purpose, two- and four-wheel containers are to be procured for 2024.

The subject matter of the service includes the delivery of waste containers for the disposal of organic waste, residual waste, paper and LVP (lightweight packaging/lightweight packaging, which are collected separately nationwide within the framework of the Dual System Germany and are marked with the Green Dot). The waste containers to be procured are to be delivered continuously in partial quantities as required during the term of the contract.

The maximum quantities specified in the tender documents relate to a contract period of one year. They increase accordingly by 100% when the contract is extended. When the maximum quantities are exhausted, the contract ends automatically.
