Description:
Liquidation of the patched areas of the parking lots of Bora-Komorowski Street through the reconstruction of the car park

1. The object of the order is the reconstruction of the parking lot at General Tadeusz Bora-Komorowski Street in Słupsk, which includes the execution of construction works consisting of paving of parking spaces, pavements, maneuver road and exit with small dimensional elements concrete (concrete paving) and openwork slab type Meba within the parking lot located on Bora-Komorowski Street in Słupsk.

2. The scope of the work shall include, in particular:

1) preparatory works (measurement and demolition);

2) the performance of earthworks (protection, adjustment, corridor);

3) construction works of substructures and pavements (benches, curbs, fringes and parking places, shunting road, sidewalks, exit);

4) companion (finishing) robots;

5) the execution of surveying post-built inventory;

6) development with approval of the design of the organization of the movement for the duration of the works.

2. The scope of the work shall include, in particular:

3. The subject of the order has been described in detail by design documentation, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of construction works, which are annexes to the SWZ.

4. Reusable demolition materials are the property of the Ordering Party. In accordance with the decision of the Supervisor/Ordering Representative, materials qualified for re-application will be transported to the component square at the ZIM headquarters in Słupsk at 73 Przemysłowa Street. they will draw up a written protocol. Carriage costs of material Contractor should be included in the offer. Unreusable demolition material The Contractor shall dispose at his own expense without being able to reuse it.

5. In case of discrepancies between the SST and the Executive Project, the parent document is the Construction and Executive Project.

6. The Board of Municipal Infrastructure in Slupsk, made for this reconstruction “Submissions of intent of construction works not requiring a construction permit”.

7. The Contractor is obliged to value construction works which are the subject of this contract only from materials and equipment of factory new, marketable and common or unit use in construction, covered by a certificate in terms of the so-called safety mark, indicating compliance with the Polish Standard, technical approval and relevant technical regulations in accordance with Article 10 of the Law of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law.

8. In the case where the origin (brand, trademark, manufacturer, supplier) of materials and equipment is indicated in the description of the order, the Contracting Authority shall permit the offering of equivalent materials and equipment provided that they guarantee the implementation of the works in accordance with the Construction Law and the relevant by standards, they will ensure that technical parameters are obtained not inferior to those laid down in the order description and will be accepted in advance by the Contracting Authority.

9. The Contracting Authority authorises the use of materials complying with the requirements of standards, having appropriate certificates and technical approvals and technical parameters established in the project.

10. In case of the need to change materials at the stage of the implementation of works, the Contractor must obtain the written consent of the Contracting Authority before their application.

11. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to grant a guarantee on the subject of the contract for a period of not less than 36 months, from the date of final receipt of those works. The warranty period for the procurement subject is one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders and will be assessed in accordance with the rules set out in the SWZ.

12. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to grant warrants for the works carried out as the subject of this contract for a period of 60 months, from the date of receipt of the works.
