Description:

ABBV will purchase a new alarm processing program, to use for customer registration and alarm processing. The current solution is transferring to RSM02, Safetel and Securinet with processing in FAS and Transfire 5 as the resource management program. In addition, Vision is being used as the emergency callout program and Agresso as the accounting system. QlikView is the reporting tool.

ABBV wants an alarm processing system that has a direct line through the entire process from the customer registration, alarm processing, alarm reception, sending out of resources and to reporting and invoicing. For the customer service representative the system should have a good and straight forward work flow with indications for where one is in the process. The process is to be experienced as seamless and team efficient. For alarm operators it should be straight forward with a good user interface and the fewest possible clicks to process an alarm until resources are sent, from incoming alarm to information such as the map position and client data is sent and presented on a screen in the emergency vehicle. The information shall be presented on a screen in the emergency vehicle, along with maps and navigation system. The alarm processing system shall be redundant.
